Everyone entering the exhibit area must be registered as an attendee.
Each booth consists of a 10’X10’ carpeted space that will include:
- 8’ high back wall and 3’ high side drapes
- 7” X 44” one-line ID sign
- One 6’ skirted table
- Two side chairs
- One waste basket
Note: All booth add-ons must be arranged directly with Freeman

Booth set up must be completed on Monday Aug 7th between 12:00 and 18:00. No booth setup will be permitted on the day of the event. Booth tear will take place on Tuesday Aug 8th from 16:00-20:00.
